Short version: the only personal information collected is what you type into the enquiry form, it is used to answer your enquiry, and it is not sold or shared with advertisers.
What is collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, details about the vehicle and project, and any files you choose to attach. Nothing is collected that you have not typed or uploaded.
The site also records basic anonymous analytics — which pages are viewed, and roughly where visitors come from. This runs only if you accept the cookie notice. Declining it does not restrict anything on the site.
How it is used
To read and answer your enquiry, and to decide whether Vehicle Lab Zone is the right fit for your project. If the project goes ahead, the details you provided become the starting point for the brief.
Who else sees it
Vehicle Lab Zone directs projects and does not carry out physical work. If a project proceeds and needs a build partner or a specialist supplier, the technical details relevant to their scope are shared with them so they can quote. Your contact details are not passed on without asking you first.
Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they are live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to the project. Ask and it will be deleted.
Photographs of your vehicle
No project, vehicle or owner appears on this site without the owner’s agreement. If your project is one Vehicle Lab Zone would like to publish, you will be asked, in writing, and you can say no without it affecting anything.
Getting in touch about your data
To ask what is held, correct it, or have it deleted, use the enquiry form or the contact details you were given, and say so plainly. It will be actioned.
